Fifi is the Chief Nap Officer of the Buy Factory Direct network, which Toy Warehouse belongs to. While the team ships orders from 7 country stores, Fifi does what she does best: absolutely nothing. Curled up in a delivery box, snoring through quality control, dreaming of her next nap.
Officially, Fifi holds no responsibilities here. Unofficially, she is the reason we double-check every order. She knocked the keyboard once in 2022 and it took us three days to notice.
